Job Description

The selected Senior Contracts Manager will be supporting the C-Suite with the full lifecycle of contracts for federal and public sector coastal construction projects. A strong compliance background, negotiating skills, and a willingness to travel to client meetings by private jet is required for serious consideration. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor on contract strategy, structure, and administration
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements
  • Monitor contract performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Partner with legal counsel, procurement, finance, sales, and business leaders to facilitate contract negotiations and approvals
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract management best practices
  • Support internal and external audits related to contractual matters
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within contract management systems
  • Providing guidance to QC department personnel to remain in compliance with contract specs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 15\+ years of relevant contract management experience supporting federal or public sector projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Master's degree, JD, or professional certification preferred (NCMA, CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Prior experience with change order management/compliance
  • Knowledge of government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred
  • Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions is a PLUS

Compensation Package

  • Salary $170k-$200k (based on experience)
