We are looking for a Senior Controller to join the Finance Department of our organization in Turkey.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering

, or related fields

  • Minimum

4 years of experience

in

plant controlling or financial controlling

  • Strong knowledge of

standard costing, actual costing, inventory and cost accounting, PPV, labor and production variances

  • Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) transactions, FX risk management and foreign currency translation effects
  • Solid understanding of

budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing

, and

financial reporting

  • Experience with

ERP systems

(preferably

SAP CO/FI, MM, PP

)

  • Hands-on experience in developing

Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and management reports

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Good command of English

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage plant controlling activities and monitor production costs and variances
  • Manage foreign currency translation effects and ensure proper accounting treatment in line with relevant accounting standards
  • Conduct standard and actual costing, PPV, and variance analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes
  • Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards for the plant
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and data visualizations
  • Ensure ERP data accuracy (preferably SAP CO/FI, MM, PP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
  • Contribute to cost improvement initiatives and audit processes
