Job Description

Implements design patterns to improve system architecture and performance. Mentors developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Conducts testing to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce applications. Provides documentation and training to ensure users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce applications. Other duties as assigned. Collaborates with teams to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions. Defines coding standards to ensure consistency and quality across Salesforce applications. Develops and manages Salesforce applications using Apex programming language to meet business requirements. Troubleshoots and resolves issues within Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance. Creates WebForms to collect and integrate data into Salesforce for enhanced functionality. Interacts with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com at an enterprise level of complexity. [Required]
• Experience with SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events. [Required]
• Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow. [Required]
• Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming. [Required]
• Experience with database design concepts and use of SOQL, SOSL, and SQL. [Required]
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, XML, WSDL and CSS. [Required]
• Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk). [Required]
• Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools. [Required]
• Experience leading activities on structured team development projects. [Required]
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical clients. [Required]
• Ability to select, adapt, and effectively use a variety of programming methods and practice Agile software development methodologies. [Required]
• Ability to recognize and recommend needed changes in user and operations procedures including participation in code reviews. [Required]
• Experience in CRM business processes like Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline Management, Account Management, and Case Management. [Preferred]
• Experience with ETL and integration platform tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, SnapLogic). [Preferred]
• Experience with Git, merging, managing branches, and resolving conflicts. [Preferred]
• Experience with manual/automated functional testing and unit testing. [Preferred]
• Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams of varying skill levels. [Preferred]
• Knowledge of data design, architecture, relational databases, and data modeling. [Preferred]
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX. [Preferred]

Education

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field Of Study

• in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience

• 1\+ experience working with agile/scrum methodologies. [Required]
• 5\+ experience in apex and force.com [Required]
• 5\+ salesforce development and web development experience in a large organization environment. [Required]
• 5\+ web design and development experience in the following areas: html, css, php, java, javascript, xml, json, jquery and other javascript frameworks. [Required]
• Proven experience developing web services against Salesforce backend services. [Required]
• Salesforce administration experience [Preferred]

$83,699\.48 - $155,693\.55
