Role: Senior Data Architect

Location: Rochester, MN (Remote)

Role Objective

• Own the

CTA data foundation

, enabling AI‑ready, governed, and auditable data to support clinical trial activation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the Common Data Model (CDM) for CTA.
• Harmonize data across protocols, IRB systems, radiology, finance, and research ops.
• Design ingestion and transformation pipelines for structured and unstructured sources.
• Enable machine‑consumable data for AI agents and workflow orchestration.
• Define data governance, quality rules, and stewardship processes.
• Ensure data lineage, versioning, and auditability.
• Partner with AI Solution Leads to ensure data supports explainability and trust.
• Support analytics, dashboards, and CTA operational KPIs.
• Ensure privacy, access control, and HIPAA‑aligned protections.
• Guide data engineers and modelers on architecture and standards.
• Drive reusable data patterns and accelerators.
• Evolve data architecture to support future CTA phases.
