We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing and with a team of designers reporting to you, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through visually compelling design across all formats and channels. From owned digital and social to video, email, and event collateral, you’ll ensure every asset reflects our brand identity and delivers an exceptional experience. In addition to design execution, you will support digital marketing initiatives by creating assets for thought leadership content, integrated campaigns, and demand generation programs. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with flawless execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution Across Formats

  • Create high-quality on brand creative for digital and print, including websites, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and event materials.
  • Design visual assets for thought leadership content such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, and reports.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to design assets for integrated campaigns, paid media, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Create compelling visuals for blogs, social posts, and digital ads that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize designs for performance across digital platforms, ensuring responsive and user-friendly experiences.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work with the Creative team to translate strategic direction into compelling visual solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver assets that align with campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Collaborate with developers and external vendors to ensure seamless use of brand and design.

Innovation \& Brand Evolution

  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches that push the boundaries of our brand identity.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output innovative and competitive.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative concepts for campaigns and projects.

Quality \& Detail Orientation

  • Review and refine designs to ensure flawless execution and optimal user experience.
  • Prepare final files for production across digital and print formats.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

Skills \& Competencies

  • Proven experience as a designer in a B2B or global brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and knowledge of motion graphics software.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design for web and mobile.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives and brand consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
