Senior Developer (Backend) - Hybrid, Cambridge. Full Time \+ Equity.

We are looking for someone who can design a backend system and bring leadership to the team in the form of mentoring junior developers. Moreover, you must have strong experience with relational databases and an advocate of LLM models in your work. This role is primarily backend focused, therefore we are looking for a developer who can design and own end-to-end backend systems from requirements through production.

You would be expected to work on a hybrid basis three days a week based in Cambridge, MA.

Technical Experience

• Nodejs experience
• PostgreSQL/GraphQL
• Experience working with LLM APIs or good understanding of the models
• Automation Testing Frameworks

Preferred experience

• Remix, React, VueJs
• AWS
• Web accessibility standards knowledge
• Playwright
