Job Description
Our client, a contemporary womenswear brand, is seeking for a Senior Digital Graphic Designer to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing-driven design across campaigns, emails, social, web, paid media, lookbooks, and presentations
- Take ownership of projects, proactively suggesting creative solutions
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring bold, innovative design approaches
- Manage multiple priorities on a daily basis with an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset
- Own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, production, and external partners
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries when appropriate
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced fashion environment
Qualifications:
- 10\+ years of professional graphic design experience in the fashion industry, with a strong emphasis on marketing design
- Fashion industry experience required
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience with email platforms (Listrak/Klaviyo)
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable taking initiative, leading projects, and driving results
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for digital-first marketing channels, including email, social, and e-commerce
- Ability to balance creativity with strategy—designing with both aesthetics and performance in mind
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- A portfolio that demonstrates elevated taste, brand consistency, and marketing impact
