We're partnering with a growing multi-location organization looking for a Senior Marketing Director who will play a key role in shaping the future of its marketing team. This is a highly visible position for a brand leader who can lead comprehensive campaigns end-to-end from conception through production and ultimately provide lead generating results for an education-focused organization - one that blends brand, digital, and performance in a thoughtful, cohesive way. This is a unique opportunity to be a big-picture thinker and a hands-on leader, someone who can define direction, build strong teams and processes, and continuously refine what's working (and what’s not). In this role you'll operate at both strategic and executional levels, overseeing a combination of brand, creative, digital, and performance marketing functions, guiding how the organization shows up across all touchpoints. What You’ll Do:

Define Direction for Marketing Strategy

  • Establish a forward-looking marketing roadmap that aligns with brand presence and business growth priorities.
  • Translate organizational goals into clear, actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts are integrated with company objectives.
  • Build scalable foundation supporting continued expansion across regions and markets.

Strengthen Brand Presence \& Messaging

  • Refine and guide how the brand is positioned, communicated, and experienced across all audiences.
  • Confirm consistency in messaging, tone, and identity across all marketing mediums.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement within target markets.
  • Develop content frameworks and narratives that bring the organization’s value proposition to life across channels.

Drive Demand \& Measurable Impact

  • Oversee initiatives focused on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure alignment between branding and performance marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to inform strategy and optimize results.
  • Champion a results-oriented approach grounded in data and continuous improvement.

Oversee Creative \& Campaigns

  • Build, manage and mentor internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life effectively.
  • Guide development strategy of integrated campaigns across various channels and formats
  • Oversee production timelines, content development processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns move smoothly from concept through execution.
  • Ensure all creative work reflects and reiterates the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Enhance Overall User Experience

  • Lead the evolution of digital platforms to ensure everything is effectively supporting engagement and conversion goals.
  • Oversee content and user experience improvements across various touchpoints digitally.
  • Continuously evaluate and rework digital performance to improve usability and effectiveness.
  • Ensure digital experiences reflect the day-to-day realities, culture, and strengths of the schools and communities served.

Expand Organic Reach \& Multimedia Strategy

  • Create strategies to increase visibility through organic channels and content creation.
  • Structure content efforts with priority markets and audience segments.
  • Set direction for visual storytelling across all multimedia formats.
  • Elevate multimedia production quality and ensure assets support both brand-building and audience engagement across the full lifecycle.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • 10-15\+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on brand marketing and lead generation.
  • Proven success leading brand strategy and performance-driven marketing initiatives to drive lead generation within an educational setting.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing websites, creative production, SEO, and customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A deep understanding of multi-location marketing strategies.
