About The Opportunity

A high-growth autonomous systems company is seeking a

Senior Director of Product

to lead a flagship offering focused on real-time operations. This is a mission-critical leadership role driving next-generation technology used by mission critical systems across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a complex hardware \+ software platform
• Drive product vision across cloud platforms, real-time operations, and connected devices
• Partner closely with Engineering, GTM, and customers to scale adoption
• Lead product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact features
• Engage directly with customers to deeply understand workflows and pain points
• Ensure successful product launches and ongoing platform reliability

What You Bring

• 10\+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade solutions
• Strong technical background (comfortable with engineering tradeoffs)
• Experience with IoT, cloud-connected devices, or real-time systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience in defense, or government environments
• Background in drones, robotics, or real-time operations platforms
• Experience working with mission-critical systems

Key Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week
• Willingness to travel (\~50%)
