Role Description

The Senior Director of Program Management is a contract-based, on-site role located in Manchester, CA. This position involves overseeing all aspects of program and project execution, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, guiding strategic planning initiatives, and maintaining financial oversight of programs. Additionally, the Senior Director will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to ensure goals and objectives are consistently met and surpassed.

• Proven Team Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight, with the ability to manage program budgets effectively and allocate resources wisely.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and long-term goal setting to drive alignment with organizational objectives.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the relocation or mobility industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in a professional environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
