- Lead, develop, and execute brand eCommerce strategy \& plan to accelerate in-market revenue growth and new user growth.
- Lead, develop, and execute user growth plan across eCommerce platforms.
- Lead holistic traffic planning (eMedia, social, content, etc.), analysis, and optimization to achieve traffic growth with improved efficiency.
- Lead, develop, and execute brand / initiative activation plan to drive traffic and shopper / customer excitement.
- Collaborate closely with total brand team and E-business central team to define strategies for our ecommerce business.
- Lead multifunctional team to execute the plan, improve online business scale. Job Qualifications:
- Education degree - Bachelor’s Degree or above. Proficient in English written \& verbal communication.
- Experience in years 2-5 years of FMCG/3C/Retail industry brand marketing experience.
- Preference - Recent experience in brand eCommerce or in eCommerce platform working experience. Familiar with ecom platform likes Tmall, JD , Douyin etc.
- Strong leadership, data analysis thinking, communication skill and passion for winning.
