Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP\&A (High Visibility Role)

Location: Chicagoland (Hybrid)

I’m partnering with a well-established, North America–based organization to hire a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Corporate FP\&A.

This is a high-exposure role with direct interaction with executive leadership. The individual in this seat partners with senior leaders monthly to manage a two-year rolling forecast, zero-based budgeting process, and corporate cost governance across SG\&A functions.

The previous analyst in this role was recently promoted internally — this team develops talent.

What You’ll Own:

• Corporate SG\&A budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Two-year rolling forecast updates with leadership
• Zero-Based Budgeting support and cost discipline
• Monthly executive reporting package preparation
• Close support, including accrual coordination and reconciliation
• Headcount and compensation modeling in partnership with HR
• Dashboarding and reporting enhancements (Excel \+ BI tools)

Ideal Background:

• 3–6 years of experience in FP\&A, corporate finance, or public accounting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and close mechanics
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or Tableau a plus
• Structured thinker with strong communication skills
