We're looking for a

Senior Financial Analyst

who enjoys turning data into insights, improving processes, and influencing the financial performance of a growing manufacturing operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end reporting, financial analysis, and variance reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Prepare reporting packages for leadership and key stakeholders

• Process multi-site payroll while ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to improve reporting and business performance

What You Bring

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔️ 3–5\+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience

✔️ Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills

✔️ Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience

✔️ Manufacturing experience preferred
