Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP\&A \& Advanced Analytics

Location:

New York City (5 days onsite)

Compensation:

Up to $160,000 base salary \+ annual bonus

The Opportunity

to hire a

Senior Financial Analyst

into a high‑profile Corporate FP\&A function. This role is designed for an analytically driven finance professional who thrives at the intersection of

This position is being created to

elevate how financial intelligence is delivered to senior leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a

strategic finance partner

to senior leadership by delivering clear, data‑driven insights that inform critical business decisions

  • Develop and enhance

forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning models

for corporate‑level initiatives

  • Leverage

advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools

to improve the speed, accuracy, and impact of financial reporting

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into

executive‑ready narratives, dashboards, and recommendations

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep variance analysis, scenario modeling, and predictive analytics
  • Support enterprise‑wide initiatives by building scalable financial models and decision frameworks
  • Continuously improve FP\&A processes, data integrity, and reporting methodologies in a high‑visibility environment
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Data, Technology, and Business leaders to align insights with strategic goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5\+ years of experience

in high‑profile

Corporate FP\&A

or enterprise‑level financial analysis roles

  • Demonstrated success supporting

senior or executive leadership

with decision‑making insights

  • Strong background in

financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis

within complex organizations

  • Hands‑on experience with

advanced data analytics

, automation, and/or

AI‑enabled financial tools

  • High level of proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with BI, visualization, or analytics platforms strongly preferred
  • Ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into concise, compelling business insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance (required)
