Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. This role requires collaboration across marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print channels.
Responsibilities
- Execute visual design for web, landing pages, email, digital ads, social, print, and marketing collateral.
- Produce production-ready files and specs (Figma/PSD/XD, SVGs, optimized images); manage print prep (CMYK, bleeds, prepress).
- Translate briefs into tasks, timelines, and deliverables; prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Build and maintain UI assets, templates, icons, components, and update design system as needed.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure accurate, responsive implementation; troubleshoot and iterate on feedback.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO considerations are reflected in digital design.
Qualifications
- 5\+ years of related work experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with high attention to detail
Tools \& Software
- Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma; Sketch or Adobe XD, Canva
- Collaboration \& productivity: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Microsoft Teams, Slack, Monday.com (or similar)
- Print: print production workflows and file prep (CMYK, bleeds, prepress)
- Web \& digital (preferred): basic HTML/CSS; familiarity with CMSs (WordPress, Webflow)
