Job Description
- Senior Program Manager within HR / People \& Culture (Talent focus)
- Own and execute end-to-end talent management programs
- Strong experience with performance management cycles
- Hands-on with talent assessments (9-box), succession planning, talent reviews
- Experience building or running career mobility / internal movement frameworks
- Deliver and operationalize Learning \& Development programs
- Exposure to leadership development and continuous learning initiatives
- Support and enhance rewards \& recognition programs
- Background in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles (evolved into program management)
- NOT a pure HRBP or advisory profile — execution-focused
- Proven ability to operationalize programs (not just design/advise)
- Experience across multiple talent domains (L\&D, performance, mobility, engagement)
- Exposure to employee lifecycle programs (onboarding, engagement, listening)
- Nice to have: Global Mobility program exposure
- Comfortable working in evolving environments (refining or sunsetting programs)
