In this role, you’ll be a key partner to HR teams—ensuring data integrity, delivering advanced analytics, and helping modernize and optimize HR systems that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You’ll work on complex, meaningful challenges and have the opportunity to influence how HR data is used to drive business outcomes. Bring your knowledge of HR systems and processes and join an HRIS team as we implement a cloud-based human capital management system.

What You Will Do

Responsible for human resource data integrity, analysis and advanced level problem solving.

Partners with the company's HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and IT departments to create efficiencies and ensure system functionality of the company's human resource information systems (HRIS) applications and data to enable complex business decision making.

Develops comprehensive reports and dashboards to present key HR insights and trends to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making on complex business issues.

Conducts analysis of HR data, including employee demographics, performance metrics, compensation, turnover rates, engagement results, and other relevant HR metrics.

Develops complex reporting solutions to provide valuable insights and inform business decision-making.

Collaborates with HR process owners to maintain data integrity and record-keeping solutions. Ensure accuracy and compliance across interconnected HR systems.

Provides insight to internal stakeholders on reporting capabilities, system functionality and processes related to complex and integrated HR systems.

Works with IT to explain complex system functionality and innovative data needs on behalf of HR and the business.

Participates on project teams as a key stakeholder to design and implement internal HR systems as well as third party/external systems related to HR business processes.

Tests and audits system functionality and data feeds between systems in conjunction with IT and HR stakeholders.

Influences change management related to HR system updates and processes.

Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Preferred Bachelor's degree in related fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:

Experience related to HR processes and/or data.

Experience and/or training related to Enterprise applications.

Experience in identifying, researching, and analyzing systems software problems, and perform systems evaluation.

Experience utilizing Oracle Cloud reporting, Power BI, advanced Excel functions, and SQL.

Experience in reviewing system reports and creating correspondence.

Experience executing multiple projects at a time while remaining organized and prioritizing effectively.

Experience in researching, preparing and composing systems operating procedures and documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Experience interacting, advising, guiding, training, and communicating effectively.

Experience developing and presenting information to individuals and groups.

Demonstrated ability with application of arithmetic and computer math.
