2\. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Ops is responsible for partnering with leaders across Operations and Risk teams to support daily business and organizational priorities. This role provides hands-on guidance in areas such as manager coaching, performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness. It plays a key role in helping leaders make informed people-related decisions, driving strong team performance, and ensuring a consistent employee experience as the teams scale. The position also contributes to company-wide People initiatives that support an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
3\. Responsibilities:
- Advise and consult with managers and leaders on organizational design and talent development
- Partner with managers to identify and grow high performers and address low performance
- Oversee and resolve employee relations issues through investigations and policy application
- Build relationships with managers to enhance their confidence and effectiveness
- Support core HR programs such as performance cycles and employee engagement surveys
- Serve as a problem solver between HRBP team and business to balance short- and long-term needs
4\. Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6-10\+ years of Human Resources experience including HRBP, generalist, or employee relations roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex interpersonal dynamics with sound judgment
- Experience managing performance and employee relations processes
- Familiarity with people analytics and HRIS systems to inform decision-making
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism in handling sensitive situations
- Proven ability to build relationships across teams and levels to drive business outcomes
- Strong ownership, integrity, and accountability with a bias for action
