Hybrid:
3 days a week in office (Tuesday to Thursday)
Compensation:
A competitive salary ranging from $100k to $115k, based on your experience and level, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

RoC Skincare is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to play a key role in growing and evolving our influencer program. This role will be responsible for managing high-impact creator partnerships, leading campaign execution, and helping shape innovative influencer initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business results.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in creator culture, passionate about the beauty and skincare space, and brings a strong understanding of influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate partnerships, and retailer-driven campaigns. You are highly organized, relationship-driven, and equally comfortable negotiating talent partnerships, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new opportunities that help keep RoC at the forefront of the influencer landscape.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute influencer marketing programs that support brand priorities, product launches, retailer initiatives, and key business objectives.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead on influencer campaigns, overseeing talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content approvals, reporting, and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, managers, and industry partners across all tiers of talent.
- Negotiate creator usage rights, whitelisting, and content licensing opportunities to maximize the value and longevity of influencer content across paid and owned channels.
- Partner with the Director of Social \& Influencer Marketing to develop campaign strategies and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Directly manage and develop the Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager, providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities while ensuring excellence in day-to-day campaign execution.
- Oversee a mix of paid, organic, affiliate, and ambassador partnerships that align with brand goals and deliver measurable results.
- Identify emerging creators, trends, platforms, and cultural moments that resonate with RoC's target audience and brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Social, Creative, PR, Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Marketing, and Media teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead influencer seeding programs, gifting initiatives, creator mailers, and product launch support.
- Concept, plan, and execute influencer events, brand experiences, and creator activations that strengthen brand affinity and generate compelling content.
- Support retailer-specific influencer initiatives and social commerce programs across key retail partners, ensuring creator content aligns with retailer objectives and drives measurable business results.
- Support affiliate and social commerce programs across platforms including TikTok Shop, ShopMy, ShopStyle, and emerging commerce channels.
- Utilize influencer marketing platforms such as Tagger and Tribe Dynamics to track performance, benchmark competitors, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across awareness, engagement, EMV, traffic, affiliate, and conversion metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage influencer budgets, creator negotiations, contracts, and campaign forecasting to ensure efficient execution and strong return on investment.
- Present campaign results, learnings, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Mentor and support junior team members while helping establish efficient processes and best practices across the influencer function.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and platform developments to ensure RoC remains culturally relevant and creator-first.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5\+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within the beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products industry.
- Proven experience managing and executing paid, organic, affiliate, and creator-led influencer campaigns.
- Experience developing and executing retailer-specific influencer campaigns and social commerce programs across key retail partners such as Amazon, Ulta Beauty, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, or similar channels.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing platforms, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, and social commerce.
- Established network of creators, talent managers, agencies, and industry contacts.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, campaign forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms such as Tagger, Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and enhance campaign planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, social media, and digital culture.
- Based in the New York area with the ability to commute to the office three days per week.
