We are seeking an experienced
Senior IT Solutions Business Manager
to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise business systems. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into functional requirements, driving process improvements, and supporting enterprise‑level ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales domains.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and evaluate current business processes and systems to define clear, actionable business and functional requirements.
- Lead business requirements sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, operational workflows, data needs, and reporting requirements.
- Guide business teams on best practices for process improvement and effective use of ERP tools and supporting technologies.
- Act as a key liaison between business users, systems analysts, developers, and vendors throughout system development and enhancement efforts.
- Write detailed documentation outlining user needs, system functionality, and process flows.
- Develop and execute testing strategies for business and functional processes, including user acceptance testing.
- Support new software and hardware implementations through training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support.
- Track and manage changes to business and functional specifications.
- Create or contribute to user guides, procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor post‑implementation issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead or contribute to cross‑functional initiatives requiring strong collaboration and organization.
Experience \& Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Advanced degrees or relevant system certifications are a plus.
- 13\+ years of overall professional experience.
- 7\+ years of hands‑on experience in business systems analysis or ERP functional support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage complex requirements.
- Experience implementing and supporting Tier 1 ERP systems, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations.
- Ability to model complex business processes using Visio or similar tools.
- Industry experience in CPG or manufacturing is a plus.
- Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Supply Chain: Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Logistics, Shipping
- Sales

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

- Proactive, self‑motivated, and committed to ongoing learning.
