Senior IT Project Manager

Talent 4 Good are working with a a leading profit for good health and wellbeing provider to recruit Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology-enabled transformation projects across the business. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of technology, software, data, and business process improvement projects that support our strategic objectives.

Salary

: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE

Job Type:

Full time - Permanent

Location

: Hybrid - Birmingham when onsite circa 1 day pw

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage plans, budgets, timelines, and project documentation
• Oversee risks, issues, and changes with strong governance
• Champion continuous improvement and project management best practice

Knowledge \& Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in agile, small change, and strategic projects
• Experience leading complex software implementation projects
• Experience in financial services or health \& wellbeing sectors is desirable
• Professional certification such as PMP or Agile
