ASI is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to support FRCE in MCAS Cherry Point, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor short-term and long-term maintenance and production plans to meet Fleet readiness goals
  • Interpret and define long-range implications of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including the impact of system design modifications, strategic planning shifts, and budgetary changes
  • Analyze complex logistics data sets to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitor Production to Plan (P2P) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) of scheduled workload for aircraft
  • Identify barriers to execution and coordinate mitigation strategies, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans
  • Track progress on induction and completion schedules and ensure alignment with Mission Capable Aircraft Required (MCAR), Full Mission Capable Aircraft Required (FMCAR)
  • Acting as a technical advisor, provide guidance on maintenance processes, practices, and procedures
  • Support overdue Work-In-Process (WIP) burn-down efforts and ensure alignment with workload standards
  • Provide recommendations on workload standards (WLS) and economic principles to drive readiness and efficiency
  • Develop forward-looking maintenance and production plans aligned with Fleet requirements
  • Coordinate with Planning department on execution year planning changes and updates ensuring all planning factors are considered (facilities, manpower, material, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Planning department to identify constraints, such as capacity, readiness, and lead time, and integrate them into planning tools to enable early risk recognition and mitigation within the execution year or as out-year plans change
  • Operate effectively at both the enterprise and site levels, balancing long-term planning with near-term execution needs

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in acquisition related to in-service support of DoD weapons systems and experience in aviation depot, MRO, or manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

+ Additional 4 years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for degree

  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders including FRCs, PEOs, PMAs, and NAVSUP/DLA Fleet
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
