Senior Manager Supply Chain Transformation

Overview

We are partnering with a growing tissue manufacturing organization focused on advancing its supply chain through automation, data, and business process transformation.

This role sits within the transformation organization and will work closely across supply chain, IT, and operations to improve how the business plans, executes, and serves customers. The focus is on leveraging technology, strengthening processes, and driving measurable improvements across the network.

What You’ll Do

• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, customer service, and execution
• Partner with data science, IT, and physical automation teams to improve overall performance
• Support implementation and optimization of tools such as SAP and advanced planning systems (e.g., o9)
• Improve business processes and help establish best-in-class supply chain practices
• Analyze supply chain performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure alignment between supply planning, raw materials, and customer demand to support execution
• Help optimize inventory levels across mills and external warehouses to balance cost and service
• Support customer-facing supply chain activities, ensuring product availability and service levels

What They’re Looking For

• 12\+ years of supply chain experience across planning, customer service, and operations
• Strong understanding of how to run and optimize an end-to-end supply chain
• Experience working across multiple roles and organizations
• Strong SAP experience; exposure to advanced planning tools such as o9 is a plus
• Experience driving measurable improvements in supply chain performance using data and metrics
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, analytics, and automation teams
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance supply, demand, and inventory
• Title level: Senior Manager or Director
