Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day administration of
executive and partner compensation
programs
- Support planning and execution of annual executive compensation and reward cycles
- Partner with Total Rewards leadership as a
trusted advisor and subject-matter expert
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Support elements of
long-term incentive and equity administration
- Build and maintain compensation models, analytics, and scenario planning tools
- Enhance and document executive compensation policies, controls, and governance
- Support executive-level communications, reporting, and compliance diligence
- Handle highly confidential data with discretion and integrity
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6\+ years of experience in
compensation
, with exposure to
executive compensation
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling capability
- Experience operating in
global, fast-paced, or high-growth environments
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Certifications such as
CCP, CEP, or SPHR
are a plus
- Interest or experience in
equity compensation
highly advantageous
