Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Pricing Operations, will support the development and execution of market access strategies. This role will have the opportunity to meaningfully support pricing and contracting strategy and operations within a dynamic, start-up environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US Market Access, including strategic and operational pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and strategies for new product launches. In addition, the candidate should have a deep understanding of key stakeholders, including Government and Commercial payers, PBMs, and specialty pharmacies.
As a member of the broader Market Access team, this role will be called upon to assist in a wide variety of capacities consistent within a rapidly growing organization.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
These may include but are not limited to:
- Lead all operational activities for Market Access contracts, including ensuring compliance with Commercial and Government reporting and payment obligations.
- Lead government price reporting activities, including ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all relevant government price types, such as AMP, Best Price, 340B Ceiling Price, Medicaid URA, NFAMP, and required state price reporting.
- Collaborate with Director, Pricing and Contracting, and other colleagues in Market Access to submit accurate pricing and contracting information for ELT review and approval.
- Work in close collaboration with the third-party contract payments and government price reporting partner.
- Stay up to date with federal and state laws and regulations related to Market Access.
- Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs partners to understand the implications of laws and regulations, both current and pending.
- Manage gross-to-net discount rate forecasting models and processes.
- Support the organization as a subject-matter expert and point-of-contact on gross-to-net forecast analytics and modeling.
- Analyze data from channel partners and third-party data/service vendors to understand product utilization and customer characteristics.
- Review and validate commercial and government rebate claims and ensure timely payment to customers.
- Effectively communicate information on a consistent basis to different functional areas in the Commercial and Finance organizations.
- Maintain, execute, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pricing, contracting, and government reporting.

Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, science, or a related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
- 12\+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or healthcare industry, with 6\+ years of experience in market access insights, analytics, operations, and/or pricing.
- In-depth knowledge of Market Access dynamics, payer landscapes, reimbursement strategies, and GTN accounting principles.
- Expertise in Federal Healthcare Programs and government payments and price reporting.
- Knowledge of AMP, Best Price, SPTR, and NFAMP pricing dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Functional experience with Excel.
Preferred:
- Understanding of Managed Care and Government Payer contracts.
- Expertise in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and reimbursement landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. Travel:
You may be required to travel domestically for up to 20% of your time.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $181,000\.
