: AllShifts is a high growth, dynamic healthcare staffing technology company. Our application, AllShifts, gives nurse staffers across the country the easiest way to see available shifts in their area and select those they want to work. For nursing facilities, it’s the easiest and fastest way to find nurse staff who meet their requirements and their scheduling needs 24/7/365\. AllShifts is in need of an experienced MarCom Manager to implement marketing and brand development initiatives and lead-generation programs to drive our continued growth. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, an adept communicator who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and creative will fit well in our vibrant culture that mixes the experience of two decades in healthcare staffing with a start-up mindset – aka NO red tape, no bureaucracy. We move quickly from idea to execution to launch.

AllShifts is looking for a talented, strategic thinker who is ready to roll up their sleeves and administer multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish including conceptualization, content creation (graphic design and copywriting), results measurement and refinement. You MUST be a first-rate experienced marketing WRITER.

Responsibilities

: Take the reins of our marketing efforts by planning, implementing and tracking campaigns. Work with management and team members to educate them on new product enhancements and drive promotion to external audiences in a shared voice.

Responsibilities include

:

  • Execute campaigns: Strategize, plan, create, implement and report on targeted campaigns to promote our business goals.
  • Create fresh content: Create and maintain content tailored for unique audiences including writing copy and graphic design for web, social, email, print and digital sales collateral.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and forecasts, hydrate campaign lists, measure progress of KPIs.
  • Improve Communication: Assess sales team needs and recommend best practices for communication that align with overall branding/outbound efforts.
  • Multi-channel integration: Convey messaging in a simple and consistent way across various mediums including push notification, text, email, social, website, digital and print
  • Platform enhancement: Maintain data cleanliness and drive best practices for contact management to streamline workflows and systems.
  • Mentoring: Coach new/junior staff on our communicating our brand, company and product.
  • Research market trends: Analyze market trends and competitive data to understand staff and facility motivators.

Requirements

:

  • 5\+ years’ experience in marketing communications, design, digital, and writing content!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, copywriting, proofreading and presentation
  • Proven record of campaign administration demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • Experience using data to inform strategy and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational and project management skills
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and content creation platforms
  • Understanding of responsive email design using HTML and CSS

Location: Newark, New Jersey

Onsite Position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential
