JOB TITLE

Senior Marketing Manager (Consideration for Marketing Manager starts with relevant experience)

OBJECTIVES

This is a pivotal role at an exciting phase of accelerated growth for LOEWE. In close collaboration with the Korea Marketing \& Communications Director and HQ teams, this position defines and leads the 360° Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Korea, ensuring seamless alignment with global brand direction while driving local business impact.

The role is responsible for shaping and executing the annual marketing vision, leading key product and collection launches, and orchestrating high-impact brand moments across the market. It oversees the strategic conception and execution of immersive brand experiences — from store openings and pop-ups to press events and cultural/ inter-brands collaborations — positioning events and brand moments as powerful platforms for both brand elevation and commercial growth.

Balancing analytical rigor with refined creative sensibility, this role requires a strategic leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and driving flawless execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1\. 360 Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy \& Product Marketing

  • Define and execute comprehensive 360° GTM strategies for key launches, including FW/SS collections, pre-collections, leather goods focus, runway moments, and strategic brand initiatives.
  • Translate global brand narratives into locally resonant activations that strengthen brand equity and deliver measurable commercial performance.
  • Lead cross-functional orchestration across Merchandising, Retail, CRM, VM, PR, Omnichannel, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive launch execution.
  • Develop structured launch frameworks including timelines, investment plans, channel strategies, KPIs, and post-launch evaluations.

2\. Integrated Media Strategy \& Campaign Management

  • Define and own the integrated media strategy across paid, owned, and earned ecosystems to maximize visibility and desirability.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns spanning traditional, digital, social, display, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure optimal media investment allocation with clear ROI discipline and performance benchmarks.
  • Establish measurement frameworks, dashboards, and post-campaign reporting to track brand and business KPIs.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale new formats, platforms, and creative approaches to elevate brand impact.
  • Drive strong omnichannel synergy across brand campaigns, retail, e-commerce, and CRM initiatives.

3\. Event Strategy \& Experiential Marketing Leadership

  • Define the annual event strategy in alignment with global direction and local business objectives.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of high-profile brand events, including store openings, pop-ups, press presentations, client experiences, and more.
  • Cultivate and manage cultural and artistic partnerships that reinforce LOEWE’s craft-led and culturally engaged positioning.
  • Elevate events beyond activation to immersive brand storytelling platforms that drive visibility, client engagement, and revenue.
  • Establish governance, processes, and post-event evaluation frameworks to ensure continuous optimization and measurable ROI.
  • Manage and supervise agencies and external partners to ensure creative excellence, operational rigor, and budget discipline.

4\. Branding \& Market Intelligence

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with HQ creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets.
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research \& intelligence analysis to inform strategic direction.

5\. Cross-Functional Leadership \& Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the marketing lead on cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to support traffic generation, client development, and sales performance.
  • Present strategic plans, campaign outcomes, and business insights to senior leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture grounded in accountability and excellence.

6\. Budget Ownership

  • Own annual marketing budget planning, tracking, and optimization with strong financial discipline.
  • Implement clear budget governance processes to enable scalable and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities and performance outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and expertise:

  • A minimum of 10 years of brand marketing experience in an international brand environment or marketing / branding agency
  • Business acumen, analytical mindset, always on strategy, not only on single projects
  • Strong in planning, organizing, controlling and multi-tasking
  • Possess strong sense of personal responsibility for own and team’s work, and proactively assist to ensure delivery of highest quality work within required timeframes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity, and an objective-focused and positive approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and possesses good business acumen and sound judgment. Entrepreneurial, with a collaborative approach
  • Fluent in English
