We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive our product launch strategies and brand positioning. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our products to market by developing comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with our business objectives. You will oversee event activation planning and cultivate strategic brand partnerships to enhance our market presence. Additionally, you will develop and implement content strategies that effectively communicate our technology and support successful product launches, ensuring that our messaging resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll create engaging and immersive brand experiences that highlight our innovations. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Launch Planning:
Define and execute product launch strategies by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Sales, to optimize key routes to market and activation plans.
- Event Activation Planning:
Lead the planning and execution of impactful events that enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences effectively.
- Brand Partnerships Development:
Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships that align with Uneekor’s brand values and growth objectives, maximizing reach and influence.
- Campaign Messaging:
Develop compelling messaging that captures attention and strengthens brand recognition, supporting successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Audience Segmentation Expertise:
Utilize a deep understanding of audience segmentation to craft tailored strategies that address the unique needs, challenges, and decision-making drivers of specific customer types.
- Consistent Brand Voice:
Establish and uphold a cohesive brand voice and narrative, using storytelling techniques to build trust and create emotional connections with our audience.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams:
Partner closely with design, production, and creative teams to ensure that all messaging and visuals are seamlessly integrated for maximum impact.
- Go-to-Market Messaging Development:
Work alongside product teams to formulate go-to-market messaging that effectively differentiates Uneekor from competitors.
- Content Execution Advocacy:
Champion the execution of marketing strategies with internal teams and external agencies, enhancing product launches, digital campaigns, and event activation.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
Leverage insights, performance metrics, and best practices, particularly in social and digital channels, to optimize effectiveness, engagement and community growth.
- Global Content Adaptation:
Oversee the adaptation of marketing materials for global markets, collaborating with translation and regional partners to maximize relevance and impact.
- Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough competitive analysis to evaluate launch strategies, identify opportunities, and refine approaches that reinforce Uneekor’s leadership, innovation, and leading edge technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a track record of driving online growth and revenue
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Experience launching D2C products, across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with ecommerce best practice and new trends
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
