About the Role

Encore Funding is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand presence, strengthen demand generation efforts, and support the continued growth of our business. This role will play a key part in executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, enhance industry visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. You will partner closely with Sales and company leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing campaign strategy, analyzing performance metrics, creating compelling content, and driving execution across a variety of marketing channels. This is a highly visible role that offers significant ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future growth of the organization.

This is a true hands-on marketing role. You will have the opportunity to build upon existing marketing initiatives, introduce fresh ideas, improve processes, and help create scalable programs that support long-term business success.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with company growth objectives and sales priorities.
• Support demand generation efforts through digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
• Strengthen Encore Funding's brand positioning, messaging, and market presence within the staffing industry.
• Create and manage content across the website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and sales collateral.
• Partner with Sales to support lead generation activities, pipeline development, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage website content updates, user experience improvements, and digital presence optimization.
• Plan and support webinars, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events.
• Develop co-marketing opportunities with referral partners, vendors, and industry organizations.
• Manage HubSpot marketing activities, including workflows, automation, segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, website analytics, and lead conversion data.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, visibility, engagement, and return on investment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 8-10 or more years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B marketing environments; financial services, staffing, professional services, or specialty finance experience preferred.
• Proven success developing and executing lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, editing, storytelling, and brand development skills.
• Experience with email marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: $65,000\.00 - $72,000\.00 per year
