Early Team / Startup Role
Atlantic Manufacturing Solutions (AMS)
is a growing mechanical engineering design and manufacturing consultancy based in Miami, Florida. We partner with startups and established companies to design, prototype, and manufacture real products across a wide range of industries.
We are seeking a
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (5–10 years of experience)
to become our first full-time engineering hire.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an early stage and help shape not only the technical direction of projects, but the engineering processes, standards, and culture of the business itself.

- Interface directly with clients in design reviews and presentations
- Help establish internal engineering standards and workflows
- Influence how the engineering function scales as the company grows
You will work closely with company leadership and have meaningful input into how projects are structured, delivered, and improved over time.
This is a startup environment, but not a chaotic one. You’ll have autonomy, collaboration, and support, along with the opportunity to build something long-term.
