We are seeking an experienced

Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

to lead mechanical engineering design in Denver, CO

What You’ll Do:

• Lead mechanical system design (HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, controls) from early stages through construction.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships to support business growth and repeat work.
• Mentor and coach engineering staff and technicians across project phases.
• Provide technical oversight and coordination of drawings with clients, teams, and consultants.
• Participate in pursuits, presentations, proposals, scopes, fees, and contract discussions.
• Conduct site observations and construction administration tasks, including submittal reviews.

Qualifications:

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE); willing to obtain additional state licenses.
• 10\+ years of experience designing building mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC load modeling tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client service orientation
