The Role

• Lead the design and deployment of large-scale enterprise infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and data center connectivity.
• Architect and manage Aruba wireless ecosystems, implementing ClearPass, controllers, and Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN solutions.
• Drive network security by conducting vulnerability scans and ensuring compliance with DoD STIGs and IA standards.
• Perform deep-dive packet analysis and performance tuning using Wireshark, SolarWinds, and tcpdump to resolve complex outages.
• Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects to integrate cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and automated workflows into secure mission environments.

What You'll Need

• 7\+ years of professional experience in enterprise-level network engineering and infrastructure design.
• Active Secret security clearance (required for access to classified mission data).
• Deep expertise in Aruba or Cisco wireless solutions and routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies (Aruba EdgeConnect, Juniper SSR) and network security tools like Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls.
• Strong background in DoD network deployments, protocol analysis (TCP/IP, SNMP, DHCP), and technical documentation.
