Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Senior Designer to join our Product Development (PD) team. This role goes beyond structural packaging; you will be a key player in bringing new products to life, from initial package design to the creation of high-impact marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for the beauty industry and is a forward-thinking designer who leverages AI tools to optimize workflow and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Product-Driven Design: Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to design packaging and marketing assets for new skincare, cosmetics, and hair care launches.
• Marketing Material Creation: Develop visually stunning promotional graphics, digital assets, and marketing collateral that align with brand strategies.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate concepting, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Brand Aesthetics: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our five exclusive beauty brands, ensuring a premium look across all touchpoints.
• Trend Execution: Stay ahead of beauty industry trends to ensure our packaging and marketing materials remain competitive and culturally relevant.

Qualifications

• Beauty Enthusiast: A genuine interest and deep understanding of the skincare, cosmetics, and hair care markets.
• Technical Expertise: Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and advanced proficiency in AI design tools.
• Packaging \& Marketing Skills: Proven experience in both physical packaging design and the creation of supporting marketing materials.
• Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking products from the PD phase to market-ready visuals.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating modern aesthetics and creative problem-solving.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience and portfolio).
