You will lead the design of a complex platform that enables founders to run entire companies through AI agent departments. By translating natural language instructions into coordinated task execution, you'll solve the chaos of fragmented AI tools. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to define human-AI interaction patterns for the next generation of business infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end design for complex orchestration flows, human-in-the-loop approvals, and layered memory systems.
• Work directly with the founder and engineering team to ship fast and define a cohesive product vision.
• Lead the creation of a robust design system and motion interactions that simplify technical complexity for users.

The ideal candidate

• Has 6\+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS workflows, dashboards, and multi-step configuration tools.
• Demonstrates a strong UX research practice with a portfolio that articulates clear tradeoffs and measurable product impact.
• Thrives in high-ambiguity environments and possesses the craft skills to elevate interaction design through motion and systems thinking.
