What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-assisted care delivery systems, from discovery and PRDs to launch.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations teams to translate complex real-world care workflows into intuitive software.
• Drive the roadmap for automation tools that handle clinical documentation, caregiver verification, and care coordination.

The ideal candidate

• 6\+ years of product management experience shipping impactful products in high-growth startup environments.
• Proven track record of building AI-powered features, automation-driven products, or complex internal workflow systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate healthcare compliance and calculate complex operational trade-offs.
