About the Role

You'll own improvements across the core Giftly journey — discover → purchase → send → redeem → repeat — partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth. This role blends high-velocity execution with a genuine eye for quality. You'll ship consumer-facing web experiences that move core metrics and feel polished in every detail.

Responsibilities

  • Define and ship product improvements that move core metrics, with a high bar for design polish and UX quality.
  • Lead the full lifecycle: funnel diagnostics, experiment design, clear requirements (user stories, edge cases, acceptance criteria), launch, and post-launch analysis.
  • Run a structured experimentation program — form hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate tests, and turn results into decisive product action.
  • Partner day-to-day with Design and Engineering to scope, iterate, QA, and deliver consistently excellent experiences.
  • Maintain a structured backlog informed by data, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Use modern AI tools to work faster and smarter — prototyping, analysis, and workflow automation — and to inform how we build and improve the product itself.

Qualifications

  • 5\+ years in product management, with a strong track record shipping consumer-facing web products — transactional flows, purchase funnels, and journeys real customers use directly. (This is core to the role.)

Required Skills

  • A great eye for design and strong product taste. You sweat UX, copy, flows, and finishing touches, and you partner effectively with designers to make thoughtful product and UX calls.
  • AI fluency. You actively use modern AI tools in your day-to-day product work and go well beyond basic use cases — applying AI to product development, workflows, and customer experiences.
  • Strong quantitative skills. You're comfortable making decisions from data — funnels, cohorts, and experiments — and can run analysis end-to-end.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and execution in a small, high-ownership, fast-iteration environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience scaling a web product at a growing or established company.
  • E-commerce, payments, or social/consumer product experience.
  • Comfort prototyping or working hands-on with code to move faster.
