Job Description
ABOUT US
Scalestack is building the AI infrastructure for autonomous enterprise agents.
We've had AI systems running in production since 2022, powering agentic infrastructure for companies like Redis, MongoDB, Harvey, Typeform, and Astronomer.
Built in New York, Miami, and Buenos Aires. We are backed by $6M in funding and investors including Zapier Fund.
The product is built on a proprietary orchestration engine that runs 70\+ integration modules processing millions of records monthly. Our agents are LLM-agnostic: same workflow, any model provider, no logic changes.
Our first use case is go-to-market. Some results: $19M in recovered pipeline for MongoDB, 2x CRM fidelity for Redis, and a 92% B2B match rate powering Typeform's growth product at 250K\+ records/month.
ROLE DETAILS
- Type: Full-time
- Location: Miami
- Level: Senior
- Reports to: Co-Founder (Alessandro S Alter)
- Direct reports: 1 (existing PM)
THE ROLE
Partner with Alex (co-founder) to shape the product strategy for Scalestack, the AI infrastructure for autonomous enterprise agents. You'll own the layer between vision and execution: turn product direction into strategy, specs, and roadmaps the team can ship. It's a rare seat — senior PM at a company with enterprise traction, partnering with a founder, on a category that's still being defined.
You keep product and go-to-market in sync. What ships needs to match what sales, CS, and partners hear in the field and what customers tell us they need. You'll spend real time in that feedback: structure it, prioritize it, and make sure what we build answers what we're hearing.
You'll own pricing and packaging, product usage and adoption, and partner strategy. You'll write specs for major cross-team features, where clear requirements make decomposition easy and ambiguity kills velocity.
You'll work with engineering leads, the designer, the Head of Product Solutions, and Alex. Our existing PM reports to you.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Specs, Roadmap, and OKRs
- Write detailed specs for major and cross-team features, including edge cases, acceptance criteria, and technical constraints
- Maintain the roadmap across short-term and long-term horizons, and present it to internal stakeholders and GTM teams
- Help define OKRs with leadership: shape what we commit to and why, not just how to decompose them
- Turn the co-founder's product vision into plans engineering and GTM can act on
- Decompose OKRs into KRs and feature requirements an engineer can pick up Monday morning
Go-to-Market, Pricing, and Usage
- Own pricing and packaging. Work with sales and CS to understand what customers pay for and why
- Own product usage and adoption. Track how customers use the platform, find friction and drop-off, and ship improvements that lift engagement and retention
- Help sales and marketing win with customers: coordinate launches, messaging, and enablement so GTM can communicate what's shipping and why it matters
- Own partner and integration strategy at the product level (execution through Head of Product Solutions)
- Make sure what we build maps to revenue, usage, and retention, not just feature requests
Customer Feedback and Prioritization
- Own the customer feedback loop. Structure request tracking from CS, sales, and support
- Cross-reference customer requests with product analytics and competitive intelligence to inform prioritization
- Communicate prioritization decisions and trade-offs back to stakeholders
Design Coordination
- Work with the designer to define user flows, wireframes, and UX requirements before engineering picks up work
- Keep design and engineering aligned on scope and experience for every major feature
- Make UX part of the spec, not an afterthought
Cross-Team Communication
- Support stakeholder updates. Keep GTM, CS, and leadership aligned on what's shipping and what's changing
- Run or support cross-team rituals: grooming, demos, roadmap reviews
- Link engineering teams, the designer, the existing PM, Product Solutions, and the co-founder so context flows in every direction
- Make sure no team is surprised by scope changes, delays, or reprioritizations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 5\+ years in product management, with 2\+ as a senior or lead PM. You've worked with founders or C-level and turned vision into plans engineering could ship
- You write specs engineers don't need to rewrite: scope, trade-offs, edge cases, and what we're choosing not to build. Detailed enough for decomposition without back-and-forth
- Hands-on with AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, and OpenClaw. You use them to code when helpful and to accelerate documentation, knowledge, and context management
- Owned pricing, packaging, or GTM alignment at a B2B SaaS company
- Comfortable with data: product analytics, usage and funnel metrics, and using numbers to prioritize
- Experience partnering with designers on product specs from the start
Preferred
- Experience in an AI/ML product environment: agent workflows, LLM-powered features, or orchestration systems
- Experience at a company with a small product team scaling up (you've been the second or third PM hire)
- Experience with Linear and agile frameworks / Shape Up
- Prior work managing integrations or platform products with external partners
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE
React / TypeScript · Python / FastAPI · MongoDB · Redis Streams · PostgreSQL · AWS (Lambda, ECS, SQS) · LangGraph · LLM APIs · Event Driven architecture
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days:
Ramp on the platform, the current product process, and the engineering teams. Ship your first major feature spec. Build relationships with engineering leads, the existing PM, and CS.
- 60 Days:
Own roadmap documentation. Pricing and packaging work is in progress. Usage tracking and adoption metrics are in place. The customer feedback loop produces prioritization inputs.
- 90 Days:
Major feature specs are clear enough that engineers can decompose without back-and-forth. Design coordination is part of the spec process. GTM alignment is running. Stakeholder updates are on a rhythm.
- 6 Months:
Pricing and packaging recommendations delivered. Partner and integration strategy defined. The product process is set and the team follows it.
- 12 Months:
The founders see you as a product partner. You own product execution end-to-end so Alex can focus on vision and company direction.
