This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Customer Lifecycle in United States.
This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, product strategy, and post-sales customer experience, focused on transforming how customers derive value throughout their lifecycle. You will define and own AI-powered capabilities that enhance onboarding, adoption, support, and long-term engagement within a large-scale B2B SaaS platform. Working closely with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams, you will build intelligent, agentic experiences that improve outcomes for both customers and internal operations. The environment is highly collaborative and data-driven, with strong emphasis on experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and measurable impact. You will translate complex customer needs and behavioral data into scalable product solutions powered by machine learning and large language models. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business growth.
Accountabilities
- Own and evolve a portfolio of AI-driven customer lifecycle experiences, ensuring intelligent automation supports key post-sales moments such as onboarding, support, and ongoing product usage.
- Lead discovery efforts to identify where AI can meaningfully improve customer outcomes, reduce friction, and expand scalable self-service capabilities across channels.
- Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to design context-aware systems, agentic workflows, and AI-powered product experiences.
- Collaborate with Support and Customer Success teams to surface customer pain points and convert manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions.
- Define success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation strategies to continuously measure and improve AI performance, accuracy, and business impact.
- Use data insights and product analytics to guide roadmap decisions, prioritize initiatives, and optimize customer lifecycle performance.
Requirements
- 5\+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2\+ years delivering AI/ML-powered or agentic AI products in production environments.
- Strong expertise in AI product development, including evaluation frameworks, model performance analysis, and understanding of deterministic vs. non-deterministic systems.
- Proven analytical capability with experience interpreting behavioral, operational, and model performance data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear product narratives aligned with customer and business outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in post-sales, customer lifecycle, or customer experience domains is a strong plus.
