Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive complex, high-impact programs across the China and global e-commerce landscape. Based in Shanghai or Shenzhen, you will lead strategic and operational initiatives, orchestrating cross-border and multi-cultural teams to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Lead and manage large, cross-country/cross-culture programs from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment

with strategic goals.

2\. Serve as the primary bridge between China-based supply partners and global (overseas) consumer-facing

initiatives.

3\. Drive clear, structured communication in both English and Chinese with internal teams and senior

management.

4\. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, influencing decision-making and reporting program progress, risks,

and opportunities.

5\. Apply strategic thinking while remaining hands-on to resolve operational challenges and build scalable

solutions.

6\. Design, analyze, and improve business processes using a data-driven approach; leverage analytics to inform

decisions.

7\. Excel in ambiguity by proactively identifying risks, generating solutions, and adapting to rapidly evolving

priorities.

8\. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the supply-side ecosystem and global markets.

Requirements:

1\. 3\+ years of experience in cross-border or China domestic e-commerce, faster learner, always curious.

2\. Proven success in delivering results in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments. Consulting background preferred.

3\. Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communication; adept at presenting to and working with senior management.

4\. Strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented and operationally savvy.

5\. Self-starter with exceptional cross-cultural collaboration and project management skills.

6\. Data-driven, comfortable interpreting analytics, and making decisions based on quantitative insights.

7\. Experience with China’s supply-side ecosystem and international e-commerce trends will be a plus.

8\. Robust technical or financial understanding will be a plus, able to work with product, engineering, or finance teams.
