WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 7\+ years of experience in project or programme management within

digital transformation, CRM/marketing technology, or retail technology

environments

• Demonstrated full

ownership of complex, multi-year, multi-workstream programmes

from initiation through to delivery

• Solid expertise in

Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies

, applied pragmatically to programme context and scale

• Proven ability to

manage and influence senior stakeholders

across business and IT, including C-level exposure

• Strong command of

project governance

disciplines: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, dependency mapping, and executive reporting

• Sharp proactivity — a natural ability to

anticipate risks, surface blockers early

, and drive resolution before impact

• Excellent

communication, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination

skills in international and matrixed organisations

• Experience navigating

large-scale vendor and third-party ecosystems

with multiple integration touchpoints

• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent certification is appreciated

end-to-end accountability

for the delivery of strategic digital programmes spanning mobile, CRM/marketing, and retail technology domains

• Define, implement, and continuously improve

project governance frameworks

— covering plans, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and executive dashboards

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

across business, IT, and third-party vendors, ensuring alignment and momentum across all workstreams

• Build

trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

, delivering clear progress updates and managing escalations with confidence

• Drive

Agile ceremonies and hybrid delivery cadences

, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers

• Oversee

vendor relationships and third-party integrations
