Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

who brings executive presence, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to lead complex commercial construction projects from concept through completion.

What You’ll Lead:

• Oversee multiple complex projects while guiding and inspiring high-performing teams
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to drive repeat business and market growth
• Direct all aspects of project execution, including budget, schedule, and quality
• Play a key role in pursuit strategies, including client interviews, pricing, and preconstruction efforts

• Think strategically—planning 2–3 years ahead to position projects and teams for long-term success

Technical Expertise:

• Contract negotiation and risk management
• Budget development, cost forecasting, and financial oversight
• Efficient and strategic buyout processes
• Ability to drive projects to successful closeout within 90 days, with zero outstanding Day-2 items

Required Experience:

• 8–10\+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field
• Proven experience with ground-up and commercial interiors
• Advanced Procore skills (certification preferred) \& proficiency in Viewpoint
