Key Responsibilities

• Win new mission critical construction work by developing and strengthening relationships with owners, developers, and design teams
• Drive significant divisional growth within the mission critical sector
• Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Collaborate with estimating, proposal, and delivery teams to secure and deliver projects
• Influence strategy, pursuit planning, and market positioning

Background Required

• Senior Project Management experience in general construction
• Mission critical / data center project experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and secure new work
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership presence
