Senior Project Manager

Our client is looking for either a Director of Project Management or a Senior Project Manager.

\Located in Miami. This is onsite Monday, Wednesday and Friday (remote Tuesday and Thursday)**

Act as the primary client interface, managing communication, expectations, budgets, and timelines

Own the full project lifecycle from briefing and scoping through delivery and closeout

Translate client briefs into clear, actionable direction for Creative Leads, artists, and production teams

Build and maintain project schedules, proactively adjusting timelines and resources as needed

Anticipate risks and issues, communicating proactively with clients and internal stakeholders

Partner closely with the Director of Production and Production Team to plan staffing and workload

Strengthen and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work

Prepare scopes of work, manage invoices and payments in coordination with finance

Ensure all feedback is accurately incorporated and final deliverables meet client and studio standards

Maintain project documentation, systems, and administrative processes with accuracy and consistency

The Senior Project Manager / Director of Project Management has:

5\+ years of project management experience in visualization, rendering, architecture, or a related creative field

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, terminology, and creative production workflows

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and conflicting deadlines

Experience working in fastpaced, highpressure environments with tight timelines

Strong stakeholder management skills, including handling conflict and difficult conversations

Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with a strong sense of ownership

Experience training, mentoring, or guiding team members

Background in animation or film production is a plus, but not required

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
