Job Description
Job Brief:
To lead and deliver EMKAN’s digital projects and programs within the Delivery Section, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategy and governance standards. The role drives delivery excellence, strengthens project management practices, and fosters collaboration across business, IT, and external partners. It also provides guidance to project teams and supports the continuous improvement of EMKAN’s digital delivery model.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Define and maintain clear
project roadmaps
that align with EMKAN’s digital strategy.
- Develop and monitor project
detailed timelines
, ensuring critical milestones are tracked and achieved.
- Coordinate across business, IT, Digital, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to secure alignment and approvals.
- Facilitate transparent
communication plans
to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage
issues, risks, and dependencies
, escalating when required to avoid delivery delays.
- Track, update, and report
on progress regularly to ensure alignment with governance and business expectations
- Ensure all projects comply with EMKAN’s delivery framework, governance model, and regulatory requirements.
- Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.
- Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations
- Ensure alignment and adherence to all
SAMA
requirements and regulations.
- Lead organizational change activities to ensure smooth adoption of digital initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders, prepare communication plans, and support business readiness to minimize resistance and maximize value realization.
- Manage the deployment of allocated resources for optimal performance and provide feedback to the direct line manager on resource requirements.
- Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties.
- Ensure the performance of duties and conduct of staff is in accordance with the departmental/unit business processes and operating procedures.
- Prepare and present accurate, timely reports on project/program status, risks, issues, and financials to senior management and committees.
- Work closely with Senior Management Team to drive forward the department’s value proposition, performance and reputation, the company Strategy formation and subsequent delivery and continuous improvement of delivery processes and wider interactions.
- Define solutions that fulfil business requirements in alignment with business stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, CS ,IT or any other relevant field
- 3 - 5 years and above of relevant experience in IT/Digital filed (with minimum experience of 3 years in Digital/IT project management)
