We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.

• Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation through completion

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and quality standards
• Communicate project status and key milestones to senior stakeholders and executives
• Resolve project challenges and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and support project managers and team members
• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field

• Proven experience in project management, with several years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
