Your new role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale high-rise or mixed-use construction projects
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage site operations, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure smooth execution

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10-15 years' experience in construction project management
• Strong track record delivering high-rise / mixed-use developments
• Proven experience managing the full project life cycle from start to completion
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations
• Ability to manage large teams and complex project environments
