Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive execution across multiple engineering squads and concurrent initiatives. This role ensures delivery predictability through strong Agile/Scrum execution, dependency management, capacity and bottleneck tracking, and clear communication with Engineering leadership, Product, and Design.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery execution across multiple engineering squads and concurrent projects, maintaining predictability and transparency.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies, ensuring teams are aligned on sprint goals, scope, and priorities.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, release schedules, and delivery tracking across teams.
• Track team capacity and utilization, identify bottlenecks and resourcing gaps, and provide clear visibility and options to Engineering leadership .
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate early with clear impact, options, and recommendations.
• Partner closely with PO/PMs and Design to ensure readiness (requirements clarity, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and timeline alignment).
• Maintain Jira/Confluence hygiene: boards, dashboards, reporting, documentation, and a single source of truth for execution status.
• Define, track, and report OKRs and KPIs related to delivery performance and execution health; drive continuous improvement actions based on insights.
• Communicate status regularly to stakeholders, including clear summaries, decisions needed, and next steps; coordinate across time zones when required.

Qualifications

• 6\+ years of project/program management experience in fast-paced software/engineering environments
• Proven experience managing multiple teams/squads and multiple parallel projects with changing priorities
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinement, Review, Retrospective)
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and release tracking across teams
• Experience building and maintaining project execution workflows in Jira and Confluence (dashboards, boards, reporting, documentation standards)
• Strong competency in risk, issue, and dependency management, including cross-team and cross-time-zone coordination
• Ability to measure, report, and improve delivery outcomes using OKRs and KPIs
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), able to lead meetings, write clear documentation/status updates, and collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders
• Adaptability \& Continuous Improvement. Fast learner with a proactive mindset; quickly adapts to changing priorities, optimizes workflows, and continuously seeks improvements to increase project efficiency and delivery speed.
• Onsite availability; able to maintain some working-hours overlap with US teams as needed.
• No people management required
