Title : Senior Project Manager - Direct Hire
Salary : $130k - $165k/yearly
Location : New York, NY
Must have : Drywall Experience
Description:
Senior Project Manager (SPM)
o Perform all the PM responsibilities plus
o Oversee project management teams
o Identify additional opportunities for pre-fabrication and work with Field Operations and Preconstruction to implement
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities
o Negotiate financial matters including change orders
o Be able to manage larger and more complicated projects than Project Managers

Will be managing up to 3 people
Preference is to really have the Plexxis/Procore
