Senior Project Manager

2\. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, enterprise-level client implementations and internal projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for aligning strategic goals with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, removing obstacles, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions. The position plays a key role in driving client satisfaction and organizational growth through effective project leadership.

3\. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships throughout project lifecycles

• Lead sessions to define scope, outcomes, success metrics, and risks with stakeholders

• Translate business objectives into project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables

• Provide strategic guidance on trade-offs, timelines, resource allocation, and scalability

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical leads

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies without routine escalation

• Promote scalable delivery practices and continuous process improvement

• Guide user acceptance testing planning aligned with client readiness and outcomes

• Support organizational readiness through rollout plans, training strategies, and adoption planning

• Lead high-level discussions on data migration readiness and cross-team dependencies

• Make autonomous decisions regarding project direction, scope, and stakeholder alignment

• Evaluate options balancing client goals and delivery constraints for long-term success

• Influence client satisfaction, organizational credibility, and account growth through project results

4\. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• PMP certification or ability to obtain within six months

• Extensive project management experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS, digital transformation, or large-scale implementations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and internal executive interaction

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams

• Ability to influence C-level and executive stakeholders

• Expertise in risk management, scope control, financial oversight, and strategic planning

• Experience mentoring project teams or junior project managers

• Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a client-focused attitude

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in driving projects forward
