About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a cool, calm, organised, and agile Project Manager to join our world-class team. You’ll be working on some epic global and national projects, spanning everything from motion and photography, to copy, design, animation, and motion graphics.

As the Lead Project Manager, you’ll be quarter-backing some of the highest-profile projects flowing through the Club. Ensuring everyone has the information they need, when they need it, to keep the projects moving. Ensuring we’re delivering to scope, on time and on budget.

We’re looking for someone who’s a pro across team, time \& workflow management. Who can gauge the amount of time needed for certain creative tasks and be that critical eye to maintain the standards of work. Communication will be a key part of this role, with the PM serving as the glue between the various departments as the project develops. You’ll be a team player at heart, who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty!

What you’ll be doing:

• Work alongside Client Leadership \& Production to ensure all projects are well-scoped, tracked and organized on all essential platforms.
• Ensuring all projects have detailed critical paths, deliverables matrix and status documents - driving them internally and ensuring synchronization with CL team on external comms with client, to drive the process forward.
• Serve as a primary, internal, point of contact for all projects - ensure internal teams are aligned on priorities, deadlines, and deliverables and drive daily updates/calls to keep everyone on track.
• Coordinate and own the project teams’ internal resource bookings to ensure that briefings, internal reviews and client responses happen on schedule.
• Managing the execution \& delivery of campaign assets, ensuring all planned assets are created and delivered on schedule.
• Making informed autonomous decisions for projects, identifying and communicating project risks where necessary.
• Support with admin to onboard and source freelancers, POs and invoicing.
• Support with project finances, covering invoice tracking, Synergist health and SOW input where necessary.
• Manage the tracking of spend on freelancers on your projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize or build processes to improve efficiency and profitability

ABOUT YOU

• Highly organised, can handle curveballs like a pro and thrive under pressure
• Interested in culture outside of work and passionate about sports and fashion
• 5\+ years’ experience in Project Management.
• Experience and passion for creating processes from scratch, training the team and maintaining their use and effectiveness.
• An understanding of development, creation, approval and delivery of assets, ranging from ATL, print, online and social campaigns.
• Broad knowledge of production, retouching, and video editing and proven experience across all areas of expertise within the industry including Stills, Motion, 3D, VFX and Post Production, Animation, and Motion Graphics.
• Experience of managing creative workflow through a studio.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience of handling multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
